Many US colleges are updating their free speech policies in an effort to manage anti-war protests as students return to campus.

Colleges and universities across the U.S. are investing billions to upgrade their facilities and attract new students. According to Moody’s Ratings, an estimated $750 billion to $950 billion will be needed over the next decade for these improvements.
